Wow, it's our 30th edition for our yummy sunday... how time flies. This week's entry is a dish I got while we're on holiday in Shenzen, China. I didn't know the name because at the restaurant, nobody spoke English and the menu was in Chinese. So we just pointed at the photo of the dish we liked and they served it to us. Delish! Cheap too.

Reminds me of eating at a little hole in the wall place outside the Shaolin Temple where they served us fried chives as a side dish. Made me look at seasonings differently.
