Like eveyine else I came across Jotta from an advertisment on my facebook!!! I have followed him for months I have even written to Ellen about putting him on the show. I have made everyone watch him perform.. Its like he is in my heart for real>> I do know that he lives in Brazil. his parents are preachers. he has a 24 year old sister and another sibling.. He is studying his English but usually needs a translator!! He is now 14 years old and wildly popular in Brazil!!!! When he was born the doctors told his mama that he would not survive.. I stumbled on Jotta's Videos on Youtube a couple of weeks ago and I have been hooked since then. His rendition of "Agnus Dei" and "Amazing Grace - My Chains are Gone" left me speechless. I was moved to tears by another song he sang in portuguese with an English title "Use me Lord". How do you get moved by a song without understanding the words? Surely it is a God thing. I noted that in the amazing grace video when the crowd is chanting his name he responds aand says " para Dios'. I liked the part she (Tessa) described Jotta A (Joseph in the book) as he walked in and she sees him for the first time in person. Anyone else read it? Even the book cover is great. It's so emotional I read it with a box of tissue on the sides, tears of joy/sadness.

I love this Child Jotta. He's absolutely amazing. God has truly blessed him.
