i can't believe i forgot my dinner last night. i thought after cooking our dinner, i would just feed the kids, wash them up, read a good story book and put them to sleep. when i put them to sleep, i also fell asleep with them. when i woke up this morning, i was feeling really hungry then i realized i haven't eaten dinner the night before. i actually felt very light today. i must have shed some weight. skipping dinner probably is good to lose weight. i wanted to try skipping dinner again tonight but couldn't resist that bacon! hehehe.
