i love modifying recipes. i can't seem to follow recipes in cook books but when i use my own, i would be satisfied. here's my adobong baboy recipe:
500 pounds karneng baboy (cubed) with skin and thick fats (this is what i missed most)
1 cup sprite (optional)
seasoning (soy sauce)
vinegar (i didn't have vinegar. i used lemon juice as replacement)
black pepper
garlic - one whole clove, crushed
2 big sized onions, sliced
small ginger, sliced
marinate karneng baboy with all the ingredients overnight. cook the next day. that's all! you can enjoy a delish adobong baboy.
